Foundation Repair

Foundations can be damaged by rain, salt, and snow buildup against the side of a building. By replacing the block or reinforcing it with concrete and then water-proofing it with a mortar skim coat, the life span of the foundation can be vastly lengthened.

Tuckpointing

Over time the mortar between bricks or stone can erode away due to age, weathering, or salt and snow buildup. This can cause major structural damage. Tuckpointing reverses this issue by removing the damaged mortar and replacing it with new, fresh mortar

Brick / Block replacement

In extreme cases, weathering or other damage can cause bricks or foundation block to require replacement or even a full rebuild. By choosing to replace the specific damaged sections, you can maintain the structural stability of your masonry without paying for a costly rebuild
